1. Remove the enclosed bulb, bag of soil and coco chips from the bowl. 2. Pour the coco chips into the bottom of the bowl for drainage. 3. Pour the soil into the bowl on top of the coco chips and, if necessary, lightly moisten to improve consistency. 4. With tip up, gently nestle bulb into soil so that two-thirds of the bulb is below the soil. 5. Firm soil around bulb and water just enough to settle the soil, taking care to not over-water. 6. Place in a cool (about 65º F), well-lit location. 7. Water sparingly until flower stalk appears. 8. When flower stalk is approximately three to four inches tall, mix wheat grass seed into top inch of the soil and water just enough to settle seed into soil. During germination period, do not let seed dry out. 9. When grass seed sprouts, place your Amaryllis recycla-bowl™ in a sunny spot and water just enough to keep soil moist but never soggy. 10. Once flowers begin to bloom (about 8 weeks from planting), move the plant out of direct sunlight. This will help the flowers last longer.
